Welcome to your home in Zaragoza! This bright and comfortable apartment is located right in the city center, just steps away from the main attractions, shops, and restaurants.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

The apartment features 3 cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern living room, and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for families, friends, or small groups (up to 6 guests).

This property has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. There is one full bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is separate from the living and dining area and includes its own small table for meals.

The apartment also has a decibel detector, in line with community rules.

Due to its central location and the surrounding area you can hear noise during your stay.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Please note that bringing pets into the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €150 penalty.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
