The first floor hosts the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area — a stylish and comfortable communal space to relax and unwind. The sleek, contemporary kitchen is fitted with state-of-the-art Gaggenau and Bora appliances, while the living area features soft alpine furnishings, a cozy log burner, a TV, and a striking pendant light over the dining table. From here, large glass doors open onto a sunny balcony with four comfortable loungers — the perfect spot to soak up the sun and take in panoramic views across the valley and up to Savoleyres.
