Exterior set up on arrival is clean terraces, cushions stowed inside villa, outdoor table and chairs below lanai, sunbeds collected and umbrellas closed, this is for 2 reasons: next door cats like to sleep in comfy sofas, sunbeds or chairs, while by your arrival mud showers can happen and all cleaning effort done by our team will be completely ruined, as well not nice to find stained outdoor furniture as you arrive, and customer having to clean it.
