Acepados Cortijo Boutique is an exclusive-use private country estate in southern Spain, just one hour from Seville Airport. Surrounded by organic olive groves, scattered oak trees, open countryside and sheep grazing on the estate, it is designed for families, groups of friends and private stays looking for privacy, comfort and an authentic rural escape in a carefully curated setting.

The entire estate is reserved exclusively for your group. You will never share the house, gardens, swimming pool or outdoor spaces with other guests, making Acepados ideal for relaxed holidays, family celebrations, retreats and special time together in a peaceful natural environment.

The advertised price includes accommodation for up to 16 guests in 8 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. For larger groups, an optional 80 m² additional room can accommodate up to 6 extra guests, with 135 x 200 cm and 90 x 200 cm beds, air conditioning and two bathrooms. This option is subject to an additional supplement.

The property offers generous indoor and outdoor spaces designed for sharing: comfortable lounges with fireplaces, panoramic terraces, gardens, a private swimming pool, barbecue area and wide views over the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool is available from April to October.
