The property is within easy reach of Byker Metro Station, which is just a 10 to 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive away. The Tyne and Wear Metro offers quick connections across the city, reaching Newcastle City Centre in approximately 10 minutes, Gateshead and the Quays in 12 minutes, and Newcastle International Airport in about 30 minutes. Several local bus routes run frequently along the main roads near the property, providing regular access to the city centre, Heaton, Jesmond, Wallsend, and the North Tyneside coast. If you are driving, the property offers easy access to major routes such as the A1058 Coast Road, A19, and A1M, making it ideal for commuting or day trips to Sunderland, Durham, or Northumberland. - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.
