Magnolia Bloom Studio is an apartment located in Wrocław, near the Magnolia Park shopping center and the Lower Silesian University DSW. In the immediate vicinity, you can find various shops (Żabka, Kaufland, Lidl), cafés, restaurants, and service points. Less than 20 minutes by public transport will take you to one of Wrocław’s main attractions – the Wrocław Market Square. As one of the oldest market squares in Poland, it originally served as the city’s main trading area and continues to do so today. It is known for its beautiful architecture from various historical periods. In the western part of the square stands the monumental Town Hall, one of the city’s most important landmarks. It houses the Wrocław City Museum, and visitors can also climb the tower for a stunning view of the city. The Fountain of Peace, located in the central part of the square, is an iconic element of the cityscape. Around the square, there are many other notable sites, such as St. Elizabeth’s Church, the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, and the Holy Cross Chapel. The Market Square also offers a rich selection of dining options. Numerous restaurants and cafés invite guests to try local specialties and enjoy the lively outdoor atmosphere. It is a vibrant place, full of life at all hours of the day and night—a meeting spot for both locals and tourists.

Near the apartment, there are many green areas, such as Polana Popowicka Park and the Odra River. These are perfect spots for walks and relaxation surrounded by nature without leaving the city center. The apartment has excellent transport connections thanks to nearby bus and tram stops (Wrocławski Park Przemysłowy, Wrocław Mikołajów) as well as the Wrocław Mikołajów railway station. This allows guests to easily reach all attractions that Wrocław has to offer.

Magnolia Bloom Studio features a stylishly decorated living room with a comfortable double bed and a seating area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle, and kitchen utensils. The apartment also includes a TV to which guests can connect their own device via an HDMI cable.

To ensure a pleasant start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene items such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Please note that these are provided in limited quantities and are intended mainly for the first days of your stay. For full comfort during longer visits, we recommend purchasing additional supplies according to your needs.
