There is a completely renovated modern kitchen integrated in the Salon with an island and sea views. It is fully equipped and opens onto a 20 meters terrace with a table for 8 diners.
On the same floor there two bathrooms and a third bathroom close to the swimming pool on the lower floor where there is a private garage and gardens surrounding the villa.

VILLA REX - Sun & Beach is a chalet style villa with air conditioning gardens, swimming pool and private parking. It has a terrace on the lower floor and a balcony on the upper. Floor with a panoramic view of the village and the sea. It is just a 5 minute drive or a 15 minutes walk to Costa Alegre.
The village of Arguineguin is situated in the municipality of Mogán, 41kilometres from Gando airport in Gran Canaria.
It is an old fishing village which maintains an authentic lifestyle thanks to the local residents who continue to live there for successive generations. The golden beach has several restaurants nearby where you can enjoy the local gastronomy and a stroll along the avenues.
Las Marañuelas is the main beach with black volcanic sand and is ideal for snorkeling to see the diverse marine life of the Canary Islands. Another option is the beach at El Pajar which has many traditional restaurants to enjoy Canaria or international food.
Anfi del Mar has a wide golden beach and is between Arguineguin and Puerto and has sun-beds, umbrellas and restaurants and everything you need to enjoy the benefits of the sun.
