  Nuestro lujoso Penthouse está idealmente situado en Playa Norte, una de las mejores playas del Caribe, a solo unos cientos de metros del alma de la isla, el centro del pueblo, con sus numerosas tiendas, restaurantes, bares y locales nocturnos. El apartamento en sí está ubicado en las plantas superiores del nuevo edificio de 6 plantas. En la planta baja está la suite de dos dormitorios; el dormitorio principal, con cama King, el otro con dos camas queen, y cada una con baño privado. Las habitaciones están separadas por una cocina totalmente equipada, comedor y sala de estar (con una cama extraíble).

Un gran balcón fuera del salón principal y la sala de estar también tiene una escalera de caracol que conduce a la terraza de 1,400 pies cuadrados (acceso al ascensor también) con vistas de 360 ​​grados de la isla. Allí encontrará un jacuzzi con una vista maravillosa de la playa, junto con otras decoraciones únicas. El espacio es ideal para el entretenimiento (fiestas de bodas, por ejemplo), o picnics familiares con su mesa de comedor de gran tamaño sombreada, sala de estar, bar con fregadero, parrilla ligera fácil, refrigerador, sonido envolvente CD y baño completo.

Totalmente equipado, el condominio de lujo cuenta con conexión inalámbrica a Internet, TV por cable, controles individuales de aire acondicionado para cada habitación, además de televisores, reproductores de DVD y CD, alarmas de radio, teléfonos, cajas de seguridad electrónicas, armarios y planchas en cada habitación. La cocina contiene refrigerador / congelador, estufa, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, juego de cuchillos, enfriador y agua embotellada.

Bar de aperitivos junto a la piscina, tumbonas y sombrillas en la piscina y en la playa, servicio de lavandería y mucho más.

The host and all staff were excellent! Pool and beach setup were great as well. Would definitely stay here again. Minute walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Plenty of space for our family of 6! We had the best vacation! Thank you!

Isla birthday trip

Communication was top-notch. We had groceries delivered and they were there when we got there. Check-in was very easy. Condo was impeccably clean. We definitely come back here again.

Girls trip, first time to Isla Mujeres. Would return and stay at this listing. Ixchel is a lovely property with beautiful grounds and laidback feel. Perfect location, just a few moments away from all the action on either the beach, pool or main entertainment street. Walking distance to grocery store and multiple convenient stores. Sunset hot tub time is not to be missed!Cecelia and her team were friendly and responsive. There were some maintenance issues at the condo that were addressed by the team in a timely fashion. Hope to stay again!

Early birthday trip with friends

I can’t even begin to express how amazing this trip was. From the time we booked, communication was phenomenal. We were picked up from the ferry with no issues, and were met at the condo with groceries we had pre ordered. Anytime we used the whats app we were answered immediately. The lovely cleaning woman was amazing and so sweet ! When I say you don’t have to worry about a thing with this unit I mean it ! Thank you again for everything, we will definitely be back !!

Birthday Barbecue Celebration

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a 65th Bday with a couple of close friends. rooftop barbecue, followed by relaxing sunset in the hot tub and MAYBE a couple of cocktails! Couldn’t have been better! Made turning 65 a Breeze….Ocean Breeze actually! Thanks for the memories Isla Mujetes & Cecelia!!

Location location location!

The property is in a great location close to everything and on a beautiful beach. The rooms are big and the property is very clean. The owner and everyone we dealt with was friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had some issues with water leaking when it rained and the hot tub never got above mid 90’s which was a bummer on the cloudy/rainy days. The views and the beach chairs/access are amazing. Overall we had a great stay.

This place was amazing, a gem. I booked for friends and family, more specifically for a birthday weekend getaway and all guests were wowed by the location and all the amenities offered by Cecilia’s Penthouse. You can’t go wrong staying here! The highlight of Isla Mujeres is Playa Norte and this property is directly on the beach! We have seven people in our family and this is one of the only properties we found big enough for everyone where someone didn’t have sleep on a couch or air mattress. The beds are very comfortable. They even have a closet full of beach toys for small children, all kinds of books and even DVD’s if you want to relax and watch movies in the room. The rooftop patio with jacuzzi is huge! Nothing negative to say! Can’t wait to be back.

Great Place!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It was the perfect choice for our group of friends. The rooftop patio off the master bedroom was amazing! So thankful for the elevator access to the master bedroom because the stairs to the master was not a positive of this space! 😆 Communication was terrific and we appreciated how smooth everything went in regards to rides and checkin! We will definitely return!!

Beautiful

We love isla mujeres and especially love staying at the ixchel. This unit was very nice except the ceiling was leaking. There was a hole in the middle of the living room and they placed a rug underneath to catch the water that was constantly dripping. With that being said .. I still give the unit a 4 star review because the people were great to work with.. loaded our fridge with basic staple groceries and they nespresso coffee machine. The made us a pitcher of margaritas upon arrival. We also loved using the hot tub after Long Beach days . So even though when it rained at night it also rained in our room it didn’t ruin our trip ;) I may ask before I go next time though if everything is in good working order. Felt like maybe a discounted rate would have been nice.

The perfect condo in the perfect location

I cannot say enough good things about this property. Ultra communicative management, amazing location close to everything and a roof deck with fantastic amenities… They asked if we had any suggestions for management when we departed and I honestly can’t think of a thing I would change. Even the recommendations for restaurants and excursions were spot on (rent the catamaran for a day!!!) can’t wait to come back! We absolutely loved our entire trip! The perfect mix of relaxation and liveliness!

Where the action is.

Great location if you want to be in the middle of it all. The property was comfortable and very stylish. Hopefully the leaking ceiling in the middle of the living room is repaired. The moldy smell from that wasn’t pleasant. I would not rent my property with water dripping onto wet rugs on the floor. I was not happy about that especially because of the premium rental fee. The hot tub was dated and in poor shape. Some repairs and upgrades would make it that much better. It is a lovely place.

Ixchel Beach Hotel

We loved our 5th floor penthouse…beautiful views from large patio w/ hot tub. The kitchen was well furnished including coffee/tea/milk so we did not have to run out to be ready for next morning after traveling all day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved going down to beach for breakfast 🥰. The bedrooms are large w/ comfortable beds…great to have 3 bathrooms 👍. I would recommend for your trip to Isla🙋‍♀️

Couples vacation

We came to Isla last year and fell in love. We stayed at another vacation rental and ended our stay here. The penthouse 504 was very nice. The bedroom on the penthouse level was super cool but just know you have to climb up a spiral staircase to get up there. You can take the elevator up to that level but you do need to leave the unit to do that. That being said that outdoor penthouse level was beautiful. The view was spectacular and the space was huge. The hot tub did work but it needs an update. The unit was stocked with anything you need as far as cooking goes. They provided coffee and Nespresso which was a great touch. Also some cold beverages in the refrigerator. Chema the concierge was super great about communicating with us for check in and check out. Cecilia the property owner filled us in with all the contact information. All in all a great place to stay!

Penthouse Paradise

I really can’t say enough about Ciecilia and her entire staff. Mayra, Alejandro, Victor were all great and ready to help with anything we needed. This location is close to everything, food, shopping, and of course beautiful playa nota beach. We will be back to Isla and we will 100% stay here again.
