Beautiful Hampshire at Mulberry Barn Annexe

Mulberry Barn Annexe is located in beautiful Hampshire countryside. It is a self contained property with its own front door. Its a popular Airbnb location for escapes to countryside, getaways, weddings stays, to working from home. It has a private garden with picket fence, 15 minute drive from the centre of Winchester. Suitable for parents with young children, to couples for a romantic setting, to those who want peace or a base from which to explore the local area. Wifi via Starlink is 75Mbps.
The space
BED 1 - The Bedroom has a King Size Cavendish pocket spring 150 cm Suffolk mattress from the White Company by Hypnos. The bedroom is located on the first floor. The Bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a full size bath with separate shower cubicle, loo, and basin.

BED 2 - The Bedroom has two identical Beds with new Lancaster pocket spring 90cm mattresses from the White Company by Hypnos. It can be made into a double bed. The bedroom is located on the ground floor. The bedroom has an adjacent loo and basin, while there is shower and bath in the bathroom upstairs.

Pets: Free of Charge for the first dog staying at the Annexe, then for any subsequent dogs at £20 per dog for the duration of your stay & this is paid to the owner directly before the check-in. Dogs not allowed upstairs.

Perfect retreat be it for one night to a few days or weeks stay. We offer one night stays, which most other hosts don’t offer. Suitable for escapes to the countryside, pre weddings stays, to working from home. Set in the most beautiful conservation area with rolling fields surrounding the property.

Great access to all the local main roads such the A34 north (towards Oxford) and south (towards Southampton), as well as the westwards A303 (towards Stonehenge and the West Country) and eastwards (towards London). There are direct country roads to Winchester (south), Stockbridge (west 15 minutes) and further on to the National Trust property of Mottisfont Abbey and then to Romsey. From Stockbridge you can also venture to the beautiful Cathedral city of Salisbury. At Christmas time, Winchester has a famous Christmas Market and in July the Hat Fair, a renowned outdoor arts festival. We’d also recommend a tour of the Bombay Sapphire Distillery close to here in Whitchurch. Locally there is Stonehenge, National Trust at Mottisfont and The Vyne, Highclere Castle as seen in Downton Abbey and many other treasures along the south coast for beaches and swimming i.e. Studland. Also Marwell Zoo to Peppa Pig World in Romsey to Beaulieu Motor Museum.

The Annexe is located in the countryside with bridle paths around it so perfect for walks and easy access to Winchester and the coast. There are excellent pubs that are within 2-5 miles being the Dove Inn, Half Moon Spread Eagle, Wonston Arms, Coach and Horses, and Woolpack.
Guest access
Entire Annexe which is a private location on two floors. The Annexe has its own small Garden and Patio as can be seen from the Main Property photo. It has a fence to the right and a mature Beech hedge to the front with no fence to the left. We are in the middle of the countryside giving peace and relaxation to our guests.
Other things to note
The Annexe is perfect for couples, staycation, families, children & dogs with lovely walks right outside the gate or as a stop off.
