Guests check in at The Imperial Hotel, Lockyer Street, Plymouth, PL1 2QD between 3:00 pm and 8:30 pm, where our friendly front-of-house team will provide keys and any arrival information. Once checked in, guests can head directly to The Boundary by Smart Welcomes at 24 Mount Wise Crescent, where private parking is available.
Check-out is by 10:30 am on the day of departure.
Late check-in or early check-out requests may be accommodated with prior arrangement, subject to availability.

This is a peaceful residential area. Parties, gatherings, or loud music are not permitted at any time.
No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the property. A cleaning charge will apply if this rule is breached.
No Pets Unless Pre-Approved
Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Respect for Neighbours
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Security & Keys
Always lock the property and secure windows when leaving. Lost keys will incur a replacement charge.
Damage & Cleanliness
Please report any damage immediately. Guests are expected to leave the property tidy and place rubbish in the bins provided. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional charge.
Parking
Use the designated parking space only. Additional vehicles should use nearby public parking areas.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
