A traditional family home in a stellar location, 2 Ruscon Cottage in Brancaster Staithe is only a short walk away from the North Norfolk coastal path and a fabulous pub overlooking the marshes. With king-size beds, a wood burning stove and off-street parking, this makes a popular choice for convenience and comfort.
With a main living area, kitchen and dining space on the ground floor, 2 Ruscon Cottage offers comfortable accommodation that will suit a wide range of requirements. With generous proportions both inside and out, the house is a great option for six people that are looking to enjoy this special part of the North Norfolk coast. With a wood burning stove, Nespresso coffee machine and comfy leather sofas, the cottage makes a comfortable base right by the coast.
Upstairs, the bedrooms have been set up to offer three quiet, restful options, two of which have king-size beds, the third having bunk beds. Served by a family bathroom that is conveniently located on the same bedroom landing. 2 Ruscan Cottage is also available to book without the bunk bedroom, listed as 2 Ruscon Cottage (4).
Outside, you have off-road parking to the front for two cars. In the rear enclosed garden, there is a patio with seating, adjacent to an area of grass. Perfect for families or friends that are looking to relax, while also being secure and suitable for dogs. You can literally walk out the door and head for the coast path, or jump on the bus and explore up and down the coast. Or just sit tight with a glass of something, watching and listening to the evocative sounds of the marshes.
