New apartment in Prados de San Mateo, north of Quito, just 5 minutes from the American Embassy and Solca.
Located in a safe and quiet residential complex, it offers private parking and high-speed internet, ideal for those who need to stay connected
With comfortable and well-distributed spaces, it is an excellent option for business trips, studies, consular procedures or medical treatments, as well as for rest or vacation stays.
The space
The apartment is located on Calle Los Nogales, within a safe and quiet residential complex.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:
Room 1: 2 ½ bed and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: 2 ½-seater bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and basic utensils to prepare your meals.
It has a cozy living room with TV and comfortable spaces to rest or work.
Guest access
Upon arrival, the guest must check in with the guard and then go to parking lot No. 53, where they will find a lockbox located in the back.
The access key will be provided on the day of check-in, from 2:00 pm, to collect the elevator card, apartment keys and parking access tag.
During your stay, you will have access to:
Green areas
Terrace
Gym, soccer field and BBQ area (by reservation)
In addition, it has a private parking lot inside the complex.

Guests can enjoy all the building's common areas. Some require prior reservation, which I will personally coordinate once requested: main gym, pool room, ping pong, soccer field, BBQ area and mini golf.
Other facilities are available for free, without the need for a reservation: green areas, a climbing wall, children's playgrounds, and a small gym with ellipticals on the terrace.
