Family Village is a family-friendly resort with a private beach on Salento’s Adriatic Coast. This pretty apartment for 3 people is ideal for a couple or small family who want to relax, enjoy beach life and explore southern Puglia.

On the ground floor, the apartment enjoys a shaded corner veranda, which is an extension of the living space indoors. It is furnished with a dining table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco. Inside, the open-plan living space has a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and storage. There is also a kitchenette equipped with a cooker hob, Moka coffee maker and a fridge/freezer.

The resort offers a wide range of facilities, including access to a private beach with sunbeds and parasols; as well as a shared pool (with a lifeguard); entertainment for all ages; a safe children’s play area; a supermarket; a newsagent; a restaurant and bar; boutique; ATM and a full-time reception to help with any queries.

Sleeping
The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and glass doors which open directly onto the shaded terrace.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable single bed.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
The resort is on the Adriatic coast between Torre dell’Orso and Otranto. It is close to some of the most stunning beaches in Salento, including Baia dei Turchi (13 minutes) and the Faraglioni di Sant’Andrea bathing rocks (10 minutes). Guests have direct access to their own sandy beach which is blessed with crystal-clear sea.

Away from the coast, the famous Alimini lakes are a haven for bird watchers. Alimini Grande is just a 4-minute drive from the resort. Here visitors can enjoy hiking, picnicking and swimming or they can hire canoes.

The peaceful port town of Otranto (18 minutes) makes a lovely day out. Here visitors can enjoy the castle, a lively port and excellent restaurants. The weekly market (Wednesday morning) is a source of the best local ingredients to cook at home. If you miss the market there are several supermarkets in the town.

The closest airport is at Brindisi - 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car.
