Located in the Digbeth One development (B12), the apartment is secure, quiet and within easy walking distance of Birmingham city centre. The Bullring, Grand Central and Digbeth Coach Station are around 10–15 minutes on foot, with the Custard Factory and local bars even closer.
The apartment is designed for groups to stay comfortably together. There is a generous living area to relax in, a dining space for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Sleeping arrangements include high-quality memory foam mattresses across all beds:
• Bedroom 1: 1 Super King bed + 1 Single bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 Double beds + 1 Single bed
The property is set up for 6 guests, with flexibility to accommodate up to 8 guests on request.

• Two full modern bathrooms
• Large walk-in wardrobe suitable for luggage or longer stays
