Esta casa personalizada fue diseñada para facilitar el acceso a todos los tipos de usuarios potenciales y cuenta con un ascensor de 3 paradas (nivel de terraza, nivel principal y nivel de dormitorio)

Una cocina gourmet totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Una gran isla con capacidad para 6.

El dormitorio Mater cuenta con desayunador / terraza de lectura con vistas al lago Shadow Mountain, armarios para él, cama king size con colchón Tempur-pedic, televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD / blue-ray y DirectTV y un ventilador de techo con control remoto.

El baño principal cuenta con lavamanos independientes, una bañera de inmersión grande dentro de una gruta de piedra, una gran ducha personalizada con dos cabezales de ducha y un banco con paredes terminadas en travertino y puerta de vidrio sin marco.

El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y una cuna, centrada con vistas íntimas del lago y la montaña y comparte un baño Jack & Jill con un tocador privado.

El tercer dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y un walk-in closet, grandes vistas del valle hacia el oeste y comparte el baño Jack & Jill con un tocador privado.

El Crow's Nest ofrece vistas al lago, a la isla y a la montaña. Tiene un bar incorporado con un mini refrigerador, construcción en el escritorio de la oficina, tiene dos camas individuales, TV con DVD y DirectTV.

Habitación familiar en el nivel de la terraza que cuenta con dos literas con amours, un sofá (puede dormir uno), TV de pantalla plana con DVD / Blue-ray y DirectTV, un juego de arcade sentado con 60 juegos para elegir.

El cuarto dormitorio en el nivel de la terraza es grande y soleado, cuenta con una cama queen size, un gran armario y tiene un baño completo.

Hay una gran terraza con asientos formales para 10 personas y un Bar B Que funciona con gas natural.

El garaje para dos autos también tiene una mesa de Ping Pong, futbolín y Air Hockey.

What a beautiful home with just about everything a large group would ever need. From sipping coffee on the back porch with the chipmunks and hummingbirds to watching ospreys and bald eagles this home is set on one of the most picturesque places in all of Grand Lake.Our large group of 10 had plenty of personal space and never felt crammed. The kitchen is fully stocked for large groups and we never once said "I wish this place had something we needed".Some other reviews mentioned not enough hot water. We never had this issue and again large group of 5 adults and 5 kids.One review mentioned the window in the master bathroom as needed to be covered. All windows were tinted and would be impossible to see into that window from any neighboring house.We found this house to be warm and cozy and would recommend to others.

Extended Family Get Away!

Quiet and beautiful get away. We enjoyed family gathering with 3 of our kids and grandchildren. Large enough for families to have some individual privacy and great shared times as well!

Wonderful Property at a great location

This property has plenty of room to accommodate filling all of the beds while providing secluded areas for quiet time if desired. The garage game room was awesome and used a lot. The neighborhood is quiet with low traffic yet just a few minutes from Grand Lake and all that little town has to offer. We rented a pontoon one day and most of the family were able to make a short walk to a public dock located very close to the property. Trail Ridge Marina was where I rented our pontoon, and they are good people with great service and are easy to work with. I highly recommend this property based on the quality of the house, the location and the great communication with the owners.

Great holiday family retreat

The home was great for our three family holiday retreat. The pictures can’t show the actual beauty of this home. It provided everything we needed for a great stay. Communication with the owner was easy.

Grand Lake Reunion

The house was beautiful and very well appointed. We really enjoyed gathering in the huge kitchen and playing games. The view from the deck was breathtaking. The hummingbird feeders were a great source of entertainment, as 6 of them visited daily. Centrally located and great access to RMNP. The elevator was a lifesaver for our wheelchair bound guest and older guests. I might suggest hand rails in the master shower and toilet to complete the accessibility. Overall the house was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful home, great location

This was an amazing home to stay in for our family reunion. We can tell how much the owners love this house and want it to be comfortable for guests. Excellent location to the lake and downtown Grand Lake. Plenty of space and amenities. We loved it.

Best stocked house we have ever stayed in!

The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely rent this house again if we come back to the area!! The guys in our family never left the game room/area when we were home, that is definitely a added bonus to the house as well!

Relaxing retreat

Great house

We had 7 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had space. The elevator really helped get the luggage upstairs. Patio was wonderful and location rocked! Debbie was easy to get ahold of and solved my issues we had. We highly recommend this house for any family get together.

We love staying at Riggins Paradise.

This is our second time staying here and it’s a beautiful home for our two families. Stunning views! The air hockey and arcade table is wonderful for our kids. We plan to stay here again.

White Christmas

This property was perfect for our family of 14. Lots of room, games for the older kids to play, and the elevator was very helpful. We were there over Christmas and had a blast. They had the house decorated beautifully for Christmas. The property is well stocked with everything you need. Close enough to get to other activities but not right in the middle of town. They even had sleds for sledding in the snow and toys for building snow animals and snow balls. It is a perfect house for a larger family.

Perfect Fall Break

This was a great place to stay with family and friends to enjoy the beautiful mountains and explore the area. The cabin was well stocked and had plenty of room for both families. The air hockey table was a hit with the kids.

Very nice accommodations

This is a four-story home. Very nicely furnished and decorated. It accommodated our large, extended family very well -16+ people. The large kitchen has a lot of counter/island space where a lot of our activity was centered. The deck off the main floor is large and hosted eating, sunning and reading for various members of our group. One observation - access to all bedrooms requires stairs. That might be important for someone with mobility issues. It did not present a problem for us. Easy access to the town, lake and RMNP. Nice walking the neighborhood too. Bottom line, I would rent this home again in a heartbeat if we were to stay in this vicinity again.

Excellent 3-generation getaway

Perfect setting for our large 3-generation family vacation. House is perfect for all ages—lots of activities in and out of the house for kids, and each family had their own part of the house to retreat to for rest and relaxation (naps for babies and grownups!:)! We enjoyed fishing on the lakes, hiking in the park, and visiting town. Owner responded to a couple of questions we had very quickly as well. Well-stocked kitchen and amazing (toddler-friendly) deck that we spent many, many hours visiting on. Wi-fi was sufficient for all of our needs, and we even enjoyed a movie night (adults upstairs, kids downstairs) one rainy evening!

Family Reunion

After several years, a well deserved reunion took place at Grand Lake, Colorado. Beautiful setting & the town just a few minutes away. There was eleven of us, six adults & five children & of course the children enjoyed the downstairs with the bunkbeds & the game room.

Incredible property

We had a fabulous experience. Loved the roominess and the games in the garage were a huge hit with the kids and adults alike. We celebrated the 4th and saw fireworks from the house which was nice. Even saw a young adult elk walk around the house one day as we were sitting on the deck. Amazing. We’d definitely recommend this place!

Fabulous Mountain Stay!

This house was perfect for our family reunion to celebrate high school graduations and reconnect. It was an easy walk to hiking trails and the lake. The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for the cousins to hang out in the game room while the adults enjoyed the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and layer out so everyone can help cook or hang out and watch. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group getaway!

Great location and Home

We had our family reunion here and it was awesome. Plenty of space, great amenities, amazing views, perfect location to enjoy Grand Lake and RMNP. Only downfall for us was having to strip all the beds before we left. When you have 4 kids under 8 & an infant and are trying to get everything and everybody packed & ready and out the door in the morning, it was just an added stressor, especially considering we are already paying a lot for a cleaning fee. But everything else made it worth it. Great vacation home!
