A deceptively spacious, self catering holiday apartment in the heart of Perranporth, a couple of minutes stroll to the high street and Perranporth's famous, 3 mile long sandy beach!

From the decking, there is a private entrance to this apartment, an entrance hallway and a flight of stairs take you to the living accommodation. The kitchen/dining/living area is very spacious and open plan and stylishly decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday in Perranporth, including an oven, hob, washing machine/tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. There is a dining set for 4. The lounge area has a large corner sofa and a wall mounted smart TV.
The bathroom has a corner bath with a shower over. There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a super king bed, ample clothes storage and a smart TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and clothes storage.
Ligger View, Warwick Lodge, Fairlee, Gwel Angarder, Engellie Cottage and the Atrlantic Bay Apartments, are all nearby properties & might be suitable to book together with this one and are within a couple of minutes walk.

Outside there is an area of decking with outside furniture where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. There is a driveway for 2 vehicles.
