Centrally located luxury family home with a garden near the beach and Amsterdam

A unique, luxury wooden house with a garden and views over the meadows. Centrally located in a rural setting by the lake. Swim, paddleboard and sail, and enjoy the water-rich surroundings from this sustainable, newly built and luxuriously furnished house. The ideal base for a family holiday!

The house is bright and modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, a wood-burning stove and an Egg BBQ, amongst other things.
Close to the North Sea beaches (9 km), Keukenhof (25 mins) and cities such as Amsterdam (20 mins), The Hague (20 mins) and Leiden (10 mins) are nearby.
The space is light, modern, spacious and entirely made of wood.
There are 6 beds in total. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed (one of which is enclosed, the other is open) and there is a room with a bunk bed. The beds are already made for you on arrival.

There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a Jura coffee machine (coffee beans), kettle, fridge, dishwasher and electric hob.

The living room features a wood-burning stove, sofa, armchair and a dining table. The house has heating and air conditioning.

The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower. There is also a washing machine.

The cottage has a terrace at the front and back. Surrounding it is a garden for your own use, including an Egg BBQ, garden furniture and a spot for al fresco dining.

There is also a communal lawn for playing football or a game of croquet. A pizza oven for delicious pizzas, a jetty to moor your boat (or hire a boat from us during the boating season), a trampoline anda boules court are also available.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Parking in front of the property is free, and electric charging is available.

There are 4 cottages on the site; it is possible to rent several cottages at the same time.

Dogs are allowed.
