Secluded cottage in idyllic surroundings

The house features an open-plan kitchen and living area with a cozy lounge, as well as a spacious bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the garden.



The separate guest house can accommodate up to five additional guests. It includes a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as a TV lounge with a sofa bed and an armchair that converts into an extra bed. Altogether, the property can sleep up to seven guests.



The TV lounge is perfect for relaxing, enjoying a movie night, or spending a quiet moment with a book while overlooking the garden through the large window.



The property is completely secluded, surrounded by trees and set well away from neighboring homes, offering true peace, quiet, and privacy. Nature is right outside your door, while both forest and beach are also close by.



The cottage is located near Nakskov, where you will find supermarkets, charming cafés, and a train station. If you are travelling from Funen, you can easily reach the area via the ferry to Tårs Harbour. Just one kilometre from the house, you will find the award-winning Frederiksdal Cherry Wine Estate, where you can sample their wines and take a stroll through the beautiful Fairy Tale Forest.

Both the house and the guest house are heated by energy-efficient heat pumps, and underfloor heating is available in the kitchen, bathroom, and guest house.



Basic essentials are provided, but please remember to bring the following:

- Dishwasher tablets

- Toilet paper

- Hand soap

- Bin bags

- Cleaning cloths

- Toothpaste

- Specialty spices



The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, but if you are planning more elaborate cooking, we recommend bringing any favourite utensils you may need. A gas barbecue is available on the terrace and may be used freely during your stay.



The bathroom is fitted with a 90-litre hot water tank, providing plenty of hot water for normal daily use.



We have a dog ourselves, and well-behaved furry friends are welcome. However, pets are not allowed on the furniture, and we kindly ask that owners clean up after their pets in the garden before departure.
