∗A damage deposit of £250 is required. This will be collected by credit card upon arrival.

The deposit will be returned to the guest's credit card within 2 days after check-out,

provided no damage is found to the property.

∗Please note for the duration of the work, there will be noise level from 09:00 to 18:00 coming from Penthouse. At the time of writing work is scheduled to commence from 19th january 2026 to provisionally end 4th March 2026. This would affect guest experience staying.
