The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen containing an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and wine cooler, a dining area with seating for eight people, and a sitting area with Sky TV, a Bluetooth speaker and selection of books and games, alongside a separate utility with a washer/dryer. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom, a super-king with en-suite shower room, and a twin with en-suite shower room, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, BBQ hut, and off-road parking for 3 cars. Guests have access to a games room (shared with another property within the grounds) between 10.00hrs and 22.00hrs daily - there is a pool table, darts and Air Hockey (please note there is a small charge for Air Hockey). Within 4.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.6, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
