HOUSE RULES

By confirming your booking and staying at the property, you agree to the following rules:

1. OCCUPANCY

Only Guests named on the booking may stay.

Additional Guests must be approved in advance.

You are responsible for all Guests and visitors.

2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in and check-out times are as per your booking confirmation.

Early check-in or late check-out is by prior agreement only and charged at £20 per hour.

Unauthorised early arrival or late departure may incur charges.

3. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS

Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Breach may result in charges of up to £750 and immediate termination of the stay.

4. NO SMOKING / NO PETS

Smoking or vaping inside the property is not permitted.

Pets are not allowed, unless agreed in writing in advance.

5. NOISE

Please keep noise to a minimum at all times.

No music between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Respect neighbours at all times.

6. CLEANLINESS

Treat the property with care and leave it in a clean and tidy condition.

Excessive mess, damage, or unreasonable cleaning may result in additional charges.

7. RUBBISH

All rubbish must be placed in the designated bin area.

No rubbish is to be left outside the property.

8. SAFETY & SECURITY

Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Personal belongings are your responsibility.

9. BREACH OF RULES

Breach of these rules may result in charges, loss of deposit, or termination of the stay without refund.

Lovely house, great location. The only downside was parking wasn't available outside the house while we were there, but the host suggested somewhere a few minutes walk away that worked for us perfectly - it might be a concern if you have mobility issues, though. The house was really well equipped and thoughtfully put together, and our family of 5 very much enjoyed our stay there.

Karina was an amazing host. Very communicative and explained everything well. Open to suggestions to make things even better. House is in a perfect location and we had no issues parking. Short walk to pier, shops, coastal walks and a lovely pub at the end of the road. The house is clean, warm and plenty of space for a family. Comfy beds, big TV, quiet. Well stocked kitchen with additions of a Nespresso and popcorn machine! Few extra sweet treat enjoyed by the teens. Small outside seating a bonus in dry weather. Would recommend.
