Waves & Wildflowers is located in the stunning coastal suburb known as
Strand in Cape Town. You’ll wake up to breathtaking ocean views every
day at this one-of-a-kind beachfront apartment. It’s perfect for sea
lovers, wanting to enjoy the panoramic vistas of the beach, False Bay,
and surrounding mountains from the comfort of their living space.
Located on the 6th floor, the property is filled with natural light and
features an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Upon entering
the apartment, you’re welcomed by a spacious dining area and living
room that opens up to spectacular ocean scenery an ideal space for
relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen features a built-in electric hob,
under-counter oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, which makes Waves
& Wildflowers the perfect choice for guests who want the convenience of
home-cooked meals and a comfortable stay during the holidays.
The apartment offers guests two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each
with built-in cupboards. The large master bedroom with a king-size bed
features nightstands with lamps and a cosy couch styled with colourful
cushions, perfectly suited for curling up with a good book. The second
bedroom is fitted with two single beds and boasts a sea view through
the window. There is also one full bathroom with a shower, washbasin,
and toilet, as well as an extra guest toilet.
Additional amenities consist of a hairdryer, iron with ironing board,
secure covered parking with direct access to the apartment, and extra
driveway parking for convenience. This location is perfect for guests
wanting to explore not-to-be-missed attractions, such as Strand Beach,
Helderberg Nature Reserve, Vergelegen Wine Estate, or Lourensford
Market.
If you’re looking for the perfect weekend escape with friends or a
peaceful oceanfront holiday with family, Waves & Wildflowers is a
home-like retreat where every detail has been carefully considered to
ensure a seamless and unforgettable stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 73 Beach Rd, Strand, Cape Town, 7140.
