Step through the front door into a spacious hallway, ideal for shaking off boots after long countryside walks. The chic lounge is a welcoming spot for cosy evenings, with soft seating, a Smart TV, surround sound, and a wood burner-effect gas fire. A bright and airy sunroom opens onto the garden, creating a lovely space to unwind with a coffee or a book. The heart of the home is the showstopping kitchen/diner, designed with entertaining in mind. The kitchen features high-end appliances, a sleek central island, and an opulent dining space. Doors lead out to the garden and outdoor kitchen, making al fresco dining a breeze. For added entertainment, head to the games room, where you'll find a pool table, games console, piano, and Smart TV. One super-king-size room is conveniently located on the ground floor, with access to a shower room. Upstairs, you'll find three further bedrooms: another super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, and two elegant king-size rooms. A sparkling family bathroom completes the layout.
