Simple and completely comfortable, this single-storey property provides an exceptional base for four on the North Cornwall coast. Situated in the Seven Bays area, just 4.5 miles from Padstow, you’ll be well-positioned for spending time on vibrant beaches and embracing rewarding walks when staying here. The property is laid out with two inviting bedrooms, one of which is a zip-and-link twin making it an ideal option for guests who prefer to share a super-king-size bed. The place is also dog-friendly and offers a large lawned garden that’s entirely enclosed, well suited to families hoping to make themselves at home with man’s best friend in tow!
When heading back from beach trips or long walks, make use of the outdoor tap in the garden to give sandy feet and muddy paws a good wash. Once clean and dry, head inside and make yourselves at home in the lounge/diner that’s filled with natural light. This lovely space is yours to relax in both morning, noon and night, complete with a glowing coal-effect electric fire and a Smart TV for those long-awaited evenings in. Prepare dishes in the next-door kitchen and feel free to dine either indoors or outside. Both bedrooms, one king-size and the adaptable twin, are served by two family bathrooms and a versatile utility room completes the property’s offering.
Reach five of Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches within 5 miles of home, each one connected by the vibrant South West Coast Path and miles of scenic rocky headland. A great place to visit with kids, there are also plenty of attractions to fill your days when the weather doesn’t lend itself to a beach trip! Visit the Camel Creek Theme Park (3.5 miles), the buzzing town of Newquay (15 miles) or the Eden Project (19 miles), all before heading home via Padstow (4.5 miles) to enjoy a delicious dinner out.
