Whether you prefer a gentle riverside stroll or a more challenging hike through the Peak District National Park, there are stunning walking routes for all abilities right from the doorstep. The dramatic scenery of Curbar Edge and Froggatt Edge is within 2 miles, while the characterful market town of Bakewell lies just 4 miles away, offering independent shops, cafes, and the famous Bakewell Pudding. Chatsworth House itself is 2.6 miles by car or a scenic walk of just under 2 miles through the Estate. After a day of exploring, returning to the peaceful setting of this home promises comfort, calm, and a true sense of escape.
