A very pleasant house excellently situated right in the heart of this charming, popular fishing village of Beer – a gateway to the Jurassic Coast. Church View is perfectly positioned for the sheltered beach only a 2-minute walk away. Beer beach offers boat trips, mackerel fishing, three beach cafes overlooking the sea, local fish for sale and deck chairs for hire

Private entrance with stairs to first floor. Hall with art deco style doors to: Bright and spacious Lounge, with dining area, Smart TV with sound bar, French door to balcony, a relaxing and sunny spot for watching the world go by. Superbly fitted and well equipped oak Kitchen/breakfast room, TV.

Second Floor: All bedrooms with black out curtains.


Bedroom 1: 5′ King size, fitted wardrobe, wash hand basin.

Please note: if the permit is not left at the property upon your departure you will be charged for a new permit.

Superb cliff top walks along the Heritage Coast footpaths to Branscombe and Sidmouth in one direction and to Seaton and Lyme Regis in the other. Interesting local shops, art galleries and antiques, selection of eating places and inns are all on your doorstep.
