Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms; a king-size room, a twin room, and a single room. Access to the single room is through the twin room, making it an ideal arrangement for families. Outside, guests will delight in the enchanting garden, which offers two distinct sections. Immediately behind the kitchen lies a lawn, complete with a table and chairs. Beyond the lawn, a sun-drenched patio awaits, boasting a delightful summerhouse, a BBQ, and additional seating arrangements. This idyllic setting invites families to come together, cook, and dine alfresco.

Immerse yourself in the town's vibrant ambience, with its sandy beach lined with picturesque painted beach huts. During the summer months, take the foot passenger ferry to the neighbouring seaside village of Walberswick (2 miles), renowned for its scenic beauty and inviting sandy beach. - Please note, there is an access path between the garden and rear courtyard of the property for neighbouring properties to walk through with their wheelie bins etc.
- The garden is in clear view of the kitchen window plus there is a catch on the gate for added peace of mind with small children
