A characterful two-storey property situated in a rural setting, part of a complex of three properties, it is the ideal location for a tranquil and relaxing holiday for a family or group of friends, and an easy drive from the Gower National Landscape coast and its attractions. The farm offers lovely sea views, with walks available from the doorstep to Mewslade Bay, just under 2 miles away. Head to Rhossili Beach, less than 2 miles away, renowned for its beautiful golden sand, lovely walks and for being one of the region's best surfing beaches. Another scenic spot is Oxwich Bay, just 6.5 miles away. This classic seaside town boasts a spectacular coastline, surf, dunes, a salt marsh, and fine dining, making it a perfect day out. Otherwise, you can head along the coast to visit the historic ruins at Pennard Castle, where you can enjoy splendid walks and unrivalled views across Three Cliffs Bay, 11.5 miles away.
This is an inviting home, stylishly decorated with a rustic, farmhouse style, featuring warm, natural tones in the decor and artwork that reflect the surrounding countryside. Walk up from the gravel parking area along a path. Inside, a warm and cosy living room awaits, complete with plush sofas to sink into, a wood burner for chilly evenings, and a Smart TV for family film nights. There is also a shower room and a separate WC on this floor.
