Bedroom 1 - Luxurious king size bed with a sea view. Includes a wardrobe and dressing table, reading chair and light, local handmade sheep wool duvets and under floor heating.


Bedroom 2 - Family bedroom with a double and single bed, chest of drawers, open wardrobe, local handmade sheep wool duvets, under floor heating. And a sea-view of course.


Modern bathroom/wet room with a large shower, heated towel rail, modern sink and light up mirror.


Under the stairs cupboard with washing machine and storage.


Upstairs


This is a room to sit back and relax. Occupying the whole first floor, the open plan living/kitchen/dining room enjoys plenty of natural light and amazing mountain and sea-views. Modern Welsh inspired decoration, stone wall and beam feature.


The living area includes two inviting sofas in front of the views and a large TV with DVD.


The modern kitchen area includes a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and breakfast bar with mountain views to the rear and sea views to the front. The dining table also enjoys beautiful views out to sea.


Garden


Enclosed garden area with a beautiful, uninterrupted view across the sea towards Bardsey Island and the Llyn Peninsula. Lawn area and a patio area with rattan dining set. Shed to store bikes.
