This delightful semi-detached house is located on the outskirts of the Mumbles (0.3 miles) and with room for 6 guests, this is an ideal place for a coastal get-together with family and friends. The bustling village centre is around half a mile away with its shops, pubs and cafes, but also you have the sea to enjoy. The nearest beach, Rotherslade (0.2 miles) and Langland Bay (0.3 miles), with its sandy shores and wonderful views, popular for those who love to swim and surf all year round! There are free tennis courts at Langland and the coast path is within walking distance and dog friendly.
From the driveway, into the front door of this modern property. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar, separate dining table and chairs. There is also a useful utility room and ground floor WC. Heading into the cosy lounge there is a Smart TV to enjoy a film after a busy day exploring. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one king-size and two doubles. All the rooms have been elegantly decorated and are relaxing spaces to sleep in. There is a stylish family bathroom on this floor with views over to Underhill Park and to complete the accommodation the king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room and views to enjoy across to Swansea Bay.
