Situated in the seaside location of Port Eynon, this delightful home is conveniently located for the perfect family holiday. Port Eynon village has local shops, pubs and excellent play facilities for children. Due to its coastal location, Port Eynon is an excellent spot for various water-based activities. Enjoy surfing, sailing, windsurfing, and fishing. The city of Swansea, with its Marina and many attractions, is only 16 miles away, whilst Worms Head and Rhossili Beach are within a 6 mile drive. There are a host of walking and cycling opportunities along with the option to dine out along the way.
This pet friendly home has been renovated and tastefully decorated throughout and provides a lovely holiday getaway for families. Enter the house and into the hallway which has a handy area for those coats, shoes and boots. From here, you are led into the open-plan living/dining area with ample soft seating and a Smart TV. The utility room and the ground floor shower room can be accessed from the lounge. The dining table is situated in the kitchen area with seating for all guests. There are bespoke wall and base cabinets in high gloss white with flush soft close doors and drawers, giving plenty of storage for all of your shopping. Here you can sit and chat whilst someone is preparing dinner in the well-equipped, beautifully appointed kitchen. Upstairs, via the oak and glass staircase, there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom is a king-size room, and the second and third are both double rooms. The double rooms have TV's located in the kickboard at the end of the beds. To complete the accommodation there is a gothic style family bathroom with free standing bath, just off the landing near the bedrooms.
There is a well laid out, secluded garden to the front and side of the property, accessed through the utility room or the front door. The garden is well protected by a stone built wall at the front. The garden area is laid with stone paved terracing with inset artificial grass. There is also an outside hot and cold shower for after those trips to the beach.
