Experience chic coastal living at this spacious property in the lovely seaside village of Trevone. It’s located just 500 metres from a delightful sandy beach where you can swim, surf and paddleboard, or join the South West Coast Path for scenic walks that pets will love. With space for up to eight guests, this gorgeous detached home is ideal for a multi-generational family trip or holiday among old friends and their children.
This three-storey home has an upside-down layout, allowing you to take full advantage of the sweeping sea views over Trevone Bay. All four bedrooms are on the ground floor – if you’re lucky you’ll get one of the two bedrooms boasting stunning sea views and private furnished balconies (coin toss?). Head upstairs to the open-plan living area, a gorgeous space with lofty vaulted ceilings, along with skylights and large patio doors letting plenty of light in. A gentle colour scheme of white, beige and red creates a pleasing effect, and the view from here is just magical. Cook up family meals in the roomy kitchen, which has elegant light grey units and a lovely wooden floor. On the lower ground floor, a snug offers additional sleeping space for two handy – if you’ve got extra guests staying. You’ll have a peaceful garden, too, complete with a BBQ and a fire pit for evening gatherings, all within an enclosed space that''s ideal for dogs and children.
There’s plenty to do nearby – the port town of Padstow lies 2 miles east, so head there for take scenic walks along narrow streets, shopping and friendly eateries. Golf enthusiasts will make a beeline for the Trevose Golf and Country Club (3 miles away), while beach lovers will want to check out the golden sands of Constantine Bay and Treyarnon Bay, both within 4 miles. Not forgetting Harlyn Bay (2 miles) away, another surfing hotspot with a friendly vibe.
