This spectacular property set in the delightful harbour town of St Ives invites groups of family and friends to enjoy its sweeping views across the ocean, Porthmeor Beach and the surrounding town. Centred around a bustling harbour, St Ives is renowned for its stunning beaches, quaint cobblestone streets, and a vibrant, artsy community. The crystal-clear waters attract surfers and sun-seekers alike, while the town's rich history and cultural heritage are made evident thanks to the charming, seaside architecture. It has long been an inspiration for artists, including luminaries like Barbara Hepworth and Bernard Leach, and today the town boasts numerous galleries showcasing contemporary and traditional works. Its breathtaking scenery and creative vibe make it a cherished destination for visitors from around the world. Land’s End, The Lizard, and the city of Truro are all within 25 miles, while the nearby South West Coast Path leads in multiple directions and offers diverse local wildlife and hidden coves to uncover.


The remarkable house extends a warm invitation with its stylish interiors and thoughtful design features. Just a few steps from the parking area, the entrance door leads into the luxurious ground floor, where five sumptuous bedrooms invite restful nights. But before exploring the sleeping quarters, head straight upstairs in this reverse-level home to enjoy the fantastic, light and airy living space that awaits. This open-plan room combines the lounge, kitchen and diner, and beckons guests to easily unwind. You’ll immediately be drawn to the picture windows to marvel at the views stretching out before you. The stunning kitchen space showcases sleek units and worktops, blending functionality with elegance, making it easy to whip up holiday feasts for the group, who can gather at the chic dining table or the breakfast bar to enjoy the chef’s work. After dinner, crash into the soft seating that awaits, switch on the Smart TV, relax with a book, or simply watch the night draw in across the ocean. When it’s time for bed, walk back downstairs and find that all of the bedrooms exude elegance and are carefully laid out to maximise the views and space. To the front is a king-size bedroom and a double room, each with en-suite shower rooms. To the rear, is a king-size with an en suite shower room and with doors leading out to the patio a twin room with zip-and-link beds to set up as you wish – this room shares the main family bathroom across the hall. The fifth bedroom is to the side and is home to a set of bunk beds, ideal for younger members of the group. All bedrooms have plenty of space to store your holiday luggage.


Outside, the paved patio can be reached from two of the bedrooms or through the side entrance. Here, you can relax and recharge on the southwest-facing terrace, soaking in the coastal atmosphere after a day of exploring. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off wetsuits or muddy paws after coastal adventures.
