The dog-friendly sandy beach is ideal for wind and kite surfing, refreshing walks, and picnics among the dunes, with views stretching to the Scottish Borders and Holy Island on clear days. Golfers will appreciate the proximity to picturesque Goswick Golf Club, while walking enthusiasts can enjoy the coastal path from Cheswick to Berwick. The historic town of Berwick-upon-Tweed provides excellent shopping, galleries, and the Lowry Trail, with Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle making perfect day trips during your Northumberland vacation.
Contemporary, light-filled and finished to a high standard throughout, this spacious two-storey holiday home sleeps up to ten guests and welcomes two dogs. The inviting lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV – ideal for relaxed evenings. At the heart of the home is the sociable kitchen/diner, complete with breakfast bar, large dining table and bi-folding doors that open onto the deck for effortless indoor/outdoor living. The sleek kitchen includes a wine cooler, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, five-ring induction hob, electric oven, built-in microwave and Nespresso machine. A handy utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional sink.
Downstairs, a generously sized family bedroom features two double beds, each with a single bunk overhead – great for children – plus a Smart TV and PlayStation. Upstairs, three elegant bedrooms each have a super-king-size bed, built-in storage and Smart TV. One has an en-suite shower room, while the main family bathroom includes a freestanding bath with handheld shower, separate walk-in rainfall shower, and a Bluetooth mirror for added luxury. A retro-style arcade machine on the upstairs landing adds a nostalgic touch for guests of all ages.
Outside, bi-folding doors open onto a raised, decked area with garden furniture – perfect for morning coffee or al fresco meals. Steps lead down to the fully enclosed garden with a lawn shaded by mature trees, brick-built BBQ, and plenty of space for children and pets to enjoy. A fantastic play area at the front of the house includes a trampoline, swings and a climbing frame – a real highlight for families. Off-road parking is available for three cars, with additional space if needed.
