This stylish two-level villa features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, plus an additional guest WC. The open-plan interior offers a bright, welcoming atmosphere with air conditioning and contemporary design. Outside, enjoy a private pool, barbecue area, comfortable sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area, all set against stunning sea and mountain views. Located in a peaceful area of the island, it’s the perfect place to relax and experience Madeira in comfort and style.
This stunning contemporary property offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and modern design. Every detail has been carefully thought out, with subtle and refined décor that creates a light and sophisticated atmosphere throughout the home.
Outdoors, the property boasts truly breathtaking views — overlooking both the shimmering sea and the majestic mountains. The spacious exterior area invites you to unwind on comfortable sun loungers or take a refreshing dip in the private pool while admiring the magnificent scenery.
Our private pool offers a refreshing escape in the summer and can be heated during the cooler months for an additional fee, allowing you to enjoy it comfortably year-round. We also offer an outdoor area featuring a barbecue and a covered sofa, perfect for enjoying a relaxing nap in the fresh air after lunch.
Each bedroom features its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. In addition, there is an extra guest bathroom for convenience. All three bedrooms have been decorated in neutral tones that not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also positively influence well-being and emotional balance. The three master bedroom features a 180x200 cm bed with an orthopedic mattress, ensuring deep rest after a long day of exploring.
The property also includes private parking and is located in a peaceful area of the island, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility.

City Council has implemented a tourist tax, effective October 1st, 2024.The amount to be charged is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt.
Environmental consciousness
At the Villa we are also focus on sustainability, and reducing the carbon foot print, in order to create a positive environmental impact. In this way we provide recycling buckets for garbage selection, and adopted efficiency energy capture solutions like solar and photovoltaic panels.
Household management
The satisfaction and comfort of our guests is our highest goal and we do our utmost to ensure that you have a memorable, fun and life changing holiday experience!
We are aware and active on health issues and sleeping comfort, therefore our cleaning products where carefully selected in order to minimise allergies impact, and the mattress are top quality solutions.
The pool treatment its made with salt, so no chlorine added, avoiding and preventing allergic reactions, especially indicated for sensitive people who may suffer from various synthetic ingredients.
For stays over 8 days extra bed linen will be provided for free.
This year, probably due to climate change, we´ve noticed a higher mosquito presence.
At very first, we used to provide repellent, but several guests took it with them for their next stay, making it unsustainable for us. Therefore, we recommend our guets to bring their own repellent according to sensitivity and needs.
• The check-in form and flight details must be completed upon request.
• Before arrival, guests are responsible for carefully reading all the information shared in advance regarding the check-in process and the house in general.
• Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. As a consequence, we need to apply very strong chemical products and spend three times more energy and water trying to avoid discarding these pieces.
• Heating pool system must be requested up to one week prior guests arrival. The service is available from October until April and requires a minimum of 7 nights stay for logistic reasons.
• Upon check-in, if you notice any broken or damaged appliances or facilities, please promptly notify us, including a photo if possible.
• People who are not part of the reservation are not allowed in the house without the host's permission.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pease respect the neighbors' quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• Please switch off the lights and A/C when not in use.
• Keep the property clean and tidy and take good care of the furniture and equipment.
• Liability: The guests are liable for their own safety and should have their children supervised by adults at all times, especially when young children are playing around the pool areas or in the upper floor.
• We kindly ask you to leave your shoes at the door, especially after a mountain hike.
• Please make sure not to let garbage accumulate inside the house, in order to avoid unpleasant odors that may linger for the next guests.
• Each set of lost keys will incur a fee of 50€. In the event that the garage door opener is also lost, an additional charge of 60€ will be applied.
