From here, you can take the three steps down and relax in the lounge/garden room. The vibrant colour scheme here creates a delightful ambience, and it’s a welcoming space all year round, featuring a Smart TV and a large, modern wood burner. For peaceful moments, there’s also a breakfast room with a sofa, a table and access to the garden. When you come off the beach, you can hang wet suits in the utility room before showering in the ground-floor wet room. There’s also a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower on this floor. Upstairs, two further king-size bedrooms share a large balcony (one of them has an en-suite shower room and a dressing room), while the fourth king-size bedroom has a private, sun-trap balcony.
