Chapel Hill, a three-storey home in Penton, consists of a first-floor kitchen/diner with three ovens, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a utility with washing machine, a first-floor dining room, a first-floor sitting room, a second-floor sitting room with Smart TV, first-floor gym with sunbed, ground-floor gym with equipment, first-floor indoor swimming pool, first-floor bar, second-floor mezzanine music room, and second-floor study. The bedrooms consist of: one double with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; one second-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC; one second-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, bidet, basin and WC; two second-floor double bedrooms with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; and a further double bedroom. There is a bathroom with bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC; and a first-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and a private driveway for several cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
