Acerca de este alojamiento
1 Bed in Brynteg (oc-g32079)
Set amid quiet countryside just 2 miles from Llanybydder, this delightful stone-built lodge provides a peaceful haven for couples or solo travellers. Its secluded location offers a true taste of rural Welsh life, while offering easy access to the delights of Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. After days wandering through forests and along coastal paths, exploring quaint towns and watching for dolphins, return here to bubble beneath the stars or cosy up next to the wood burner.
A few steps lead down to this single-storey stone cottage, set amid a large grassy garden. Inside the property has been beautifully maintained, blending period features such as an original fireplace and polished wooden floors with modern comforts. Relax after adventurous days in the warm, inviting lounge, snuggled in front of the wood burner to watch TV or enjoy quality time together. With warm wooden cabinets and colourful tiles, the kitchen is a delight to prepare everything from lazy breakfasts to hearty home-cooked meals. Dine in or out with a breakfast table here and a bistro table and chairs on the raised terrace. When it’s time for bed, get cosy under the covers of the sumptuous king-size bed before a refreshing shower in the stylish shower room. The living space extends outdoors with outdoors sofas on the terrace and lower level, and a hot tub tucked beneath the terrace with far-reaching country views. Private parking for one car adds to the ease of your stay.
Head to the market town of Lampeter (7.5 miles) for independent shops, cosy cafes and the Welsh Quilt Centre, or get a taste of the coast. Aberaeron (17.5 miles) boasts a colourful harbour and fresh seafood, while New Quay (15 miles) offers sandy beaches and dolphin-spotting boat trips. Nature lovers will enjoy the leafy trails of Brechfa Forest (9 miles) while a sunset stroll at Llangrannog Beach (17.5 miles) is the ideal way to round off your day.
