This resort and condo is great

This is our third year staying at Aqua for the 4th. You can beat the location or the view for fireworks. This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. It is perfect! The management company is so helpful and communicative. The unit is very clean and quiet. It had everything you need. Aqua itself had been immaculately maintained. We had an amazing time and will be back again.

Nice condo

Overall, the condo was pretty much as pictured. The furniture and bed was comfortable, the terrace was small but adequate and nicely furnished with table, chairs, and one chaise lounge. The kitchen was well supplied. A set of coasters for glasses would have been nice, but that's the only thing I found missing from the condo supplies. I would recommend this condo and rent it again.

Master Bathroom Shower needs updated. A Keurig coffeemaker would be a nice addition as well. Floors were very nice, but dirty. Appeared they were not mopped. Left bottoms of our feet very dirty...and this was the first day. Overall experience was very pleasant. Definitely will return to Aqua

Dryer had a piece of the vent that was broken...so itJust whirled around inside making plenty noise. Once we removed it, our laundry kept getting stuck in the slot and would come out full of lint!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo location is great, very close to anything you may need. The condo itself needs a total refresh. The walls have scuffs, scrapes & dirty areas, the furniture it dirty & stained, the counter top in the kitchen is broken by the sink, the bedding is very minimal, so bring your own blankets or you will be cold at night. The TV was practically unusable because the channels wouldn't change - whatever company used for service is horrible. The pool area had biting flies & the pool needs to be skimmed more frequently. There was lots of pinestraw & debris. I hate to write a post full of negative, but you wouldn't know this from the pictures posted, so I thought it should be shared. Our vacation was great overall due to the beautiful beach, great weather & time spent with family.

Great Condo but beware

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean and in a great location on the 19th floor. Check in was easy and the garage for parking was a breeze. HOWEVER, this property only has four elevators, and it needs at least eight. And the elevators break EVERY SINGLE DAY. It is not uncommon to wait upwards of 15 minutes for an elevator that isn't full. Sometimes it was fine but too often it wasn't. The other problem is the helicopter tours fly right by your deck every 45 seconds ALL DAY LONG. You will hear helicopters on your deck and when you walk outside as their landing spot is right behind the building. They never stop running. It is constant all day every day. So be aware of this when renting. It will ruin your stay if you are hoping for a bit of relaxation. Great views and close to Pier Place as well as Target, Walmart, ****'s, etc.

Needed more towels in condo. The walk down to beach needs to be redone. A board was sticky up and my mom fell. Something that needs to be redone desperately.
