Kingfisher near Louth, Lincolnshire sleeps four in two bedrooms.
Kingfisher is an all-ground-floor property situated on the outskirts of the market town of Louth. It houses two bedrooms comprising of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to four people. There is a bathroom with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. To the outside there is a private courtyard and off-road parking, as well as communal use of a BBQ and garden furniture. Kingfisher is a superb base for exploring this picturesque location.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. TV. WiFi. Shared washing machine available upon agreement. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking available. Private courtyard to the front, shared use of barbecue and furniture. On-site fishing lake, exclusive to Canal Farm Cottages. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Shop within 4.5 miles, pub within 4.6 miles.

For something cultural, visit the Louth Museum, or take a look round the impressive medieval parish church with its famous spire.Nature lovers will love local nature reserves at Red Hill, Snipe Dales, and the internationally important Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point reserves.
