By the time the group is up and moving, you're five minutes from Minitas Beach and the Casa de Campo golf courses — no resort gates, no shuttle schedule, no $400-a-night villa.

This listing is the upstairs home, sleeping up to 8. We also have a separate ground-floor unit on the same property — two bedrooms with a king, a queen, and a bunk bed, sleeping 6 more. Booked together, the property hosts up to 14 people with everyone under one roof and one gate: ideal for a wedding party, a reunion, or a golf trip that outgrew a villa. Message us before booking and we'll check availability for both.

GETTING HERE & GETTING AROUND

Fly into La Romana International (LRM), just 7 minutes away, or Punta Cana (PUJ), about 1 hour 15 minutes by car. We can arrange airport pickup on request.

A rental car is the easiest way to see the area, and you have secure parking inside the property. If you'd rather not drive, taxis are easy to get in La Romana and we're happy to connect you with a driver we trust.

A FEW HOUSE NOTES

No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Quiet hours after 10 PM out of respect for the neighbors. Children are very welcome — the crib is free and the yard is enclosed.

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in when the calendar allows — just ask.
