Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
The apartment was convenient and the host responded quickly to my questions!Cons:-There is little to no air flow and the place is very musty. It appears to be mold on the wall as well. -The water leaks onto the floor of the bathroom no matter what we did to try to avoid it. We had no extra linen to dry it up so it was wet our entire stay.-The supplies were limited. We were there for 4 nights and were provided with not quite two full rolls of toilet paper. We were told to go purchase more if we ran out, which we did have to do. -No hand soap in the bathroom-One bath towel per person for that length of stay.-150euro request a clean set of linen. I would have brought these items with me if it were noted on the listing.-An iron and ironing board was listed but iron didn't work. I did not make the listing agent aware so unsure if they would have replaced it. I could not get the ironing board out from behind the stairs without having to move a dresser anyway.-While you can infer there are stairs in the unit from the pictures, the listing states there is an elevator. The elevator is outside the unit. It's important to note there is a winding staircase down to the bed/bath once inside.-The pictures show "view from the property" including a view of the water. You cannot see the water from the unit we were in which was misleading.Pros: -GREAT LOCATION-Bed was comfortable-The space is adorable and unique-While parking was free it was not easily available near unit
