The Space:

This spacious four bedroom home is set up to feel like a proper home away from home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay whether you are visiting for a weekend or settling in for a longer trip.



The highlight is the private cinema room, complete with a large screen and surround sound, perfect for movie nights, gaming sessions or winding down after a day out.

The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, and the en-suite has a walk-in shower. Towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided throughout.



Two separate living rooms give you plenty of space to spread out. One doubles as the cinema room, while the other is a bright, comfortable lounge with sofas and a TV.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook. Tea and coffee are provided. There is also a washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays.



Step outside to the private garden for your morning coffee or an evening in the fresh air.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.

Hale is one of the most sought-after villages in Greater Manchester, known for its tree-lined streets, independent shops and excellent restaurants. The Elk is a local favourite just a 12 minute walk away, and you will find plenty of cafes, delis and bars along the high street.



Hale Park is a short walk away with gardens, open lawns and a children's play area, perfect for families or a morning stroll. The nearby market town of Altrincham has even more to offer, including the award-winning Altrincham Market and food hall.



The area is well connected but feels peaceful and leafy, giving you a proper escape while still being within easy reach of Manchester city centre.



Getting Around:

Hale station is a 14 minute walk away, with direct trains into Manchester Piccadilly and onward connections across the North West.



Altrincham Interchange is a short drive away, offering frequent Metrolink trams into Manchester city centre, MediaCityUK and beyond, as well as bus services to surrounding areas.



Free parking is available on the driveway, so you can leave the car and explore on foot or by public transport.



Uber operates throughout the area and is a convenient option for getting around Greater Manchester.
