Sunset Oasis is a modern and cozy apartment located on the ground floor of a beachfront condominium in Rivabella, a renowned beach tourism destination on the Gallipoli coast.

The
house is modern and cozy, located on the mezzanine floor of a
condominium, equipped with pedestrian entrance gate in the courtyard.
The
entrance is in furnished living room with dining room, TV, sofa. From
here you exit to the balcony furnished with table, chairs and umbrella.
Next to the living room is the kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin with single beds. The house is completed by 2 shower rooms.
Air conditioning is located in the hallway between the sleeping and living areas.

Oasis is part of a condominium located a few steps from the pine grove
on the beach and the sea of Rivabella, a seaside resort of Gallipoli
where all major commercial services are located.
The center of Gallipoli is only 4 km away


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
