Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación y ubicación
We had a great stay at Nella Suites and would definitely consider coming back. The location simply can’t be beat, it’s right across from a beautiful public beach and surrounded by a gorgeous area with plenty to enjoy. The room was a comfortable size for two people, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and communication before our arrival, as well as the check-in process, was absolutely flawless. The property has a lot of potential and it feels like it’s still being developed, so I expect it will become an even nicer place to stay in the near future. There were a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The listing stated there was a washing machine, but there wasn’t one available. The towels were quite old and of low quality, and the property could benefit from a general refresh as it is starting to show its age. Parking can be extremely difficult during the day because the beach directly in front of the property is very popular and gets crowded. As a result, it can also be a bit noisy at times. One suggestion that would really enhance the guest experience would be to provide beach towels and a beach umbrella for guests, especially given the property’s unbeatable beachfront location.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. With a few updates and small improvements, Nella Suites has the potential to become an outstanding place to stay.
