- 1 King bedroom and 1 single bedroom - both featuring comfortable beds with crisp hotel-quality linen
- Modern bathroom featuring a rainfall shower

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the City Centre, you are within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are a number of small supermarkets on the same road as the building. Nearby points of interest include; Matthew Street - home to the City’s famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs, Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, as well as cafes, bars and restaurants overlooking the docks.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road outside the building. Liverpool Moorfield Train Station is just 5 minutes walk away and Liverpool Central Station is a short Taxi ride away, or one stop from Moorfield station.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
