Welcome to our spacious and well-located home, ideal for families or groups looking to experience Edinburgh comfortably while staying close to the heart of the city.
The property can accommodate up to 8 guests and offers a practical layout designed for both short and longer stays. Sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. One bedroom is located on the ground level, while the remaining three bedrooms are situated on the basement level, offering a quieter sleeping environment away from the main living space.
The property features a private open-plan kitchen and living room, providing a relaxed area to unwind after a day of exploring. Due to space limitations, there is no formal dining area or dining table. Guests can enjoy meals using the coffee table in the living area or make use of the small individual desks located in each bedroom. Bathroom facilities include a WC on the ground level and a full bathroom on the basement level, fitted with a bathtub and shower head for added comfort and flexibility.
Although the property entrance is at ground level, please note that there is an internal flight of stairs leading down to the basement, where three of the bedrooms and the full bathroom are located. This layout may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, so we recommend considering this when booking.
Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Parking is available off-site with public street parking nearby. This is free on a first-come, first-served basis. The closest pay-and-display parking is on Albert Street, costing £4.20 per hour, operating from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
The surrounding area offers easy access to many of Edinburgh’s highlights. Guests can enjoy scenic walks to Calton Hill, explore the historic Royal Mile, visit Holyrood Palace and Arthur’s Seat, or take advantage of the nearby shops, cafés, and local eateries. Excellent transport links also make it easy to reach Princes Street, the Old Town, New Town, and Edinburgh Castle.
Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
