Beira Mar is a contemporary beach front family holiday home. Its an ideal property for two families with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, with en-suite shower room
Bedroom 2: Twin beds
Bedroom 3: Twin beds
Bedroom 4: Double bed

Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and enjoys breathtaking views of the beach and sea beyond. It has its own balcony and an en-suite shower room. The two bedrooms to the rear sleep a further four guests. Both rooms have twin beds but could be pushed together to make a double if preferable (note only single bed linen though). There is also a family bathroom upstairs with bath and over bath shower.

Downstairs a fourth bedroom has a double bed and enjoys use of the shower room next door.

The large open plan kitchen / living / dining room downstairs is spacious and well equipped; a great area for entertaining the whole family. The bifold doors open out onto the decked and lawned garden, with direct beach access.

Beira Mar is pet friendly and both the rear and beachside gardens are secure. We welcome your pets but just ask that you respect our pet friendly rules and do not allow them upstairs or on any of the downstairs soft furnishings. Please also ensure that you clear up after them in the garden.

The property is in a superb beach front location in the quiet private residential estate of Coney Six. The village of East Wittering and all of its shops and restaurants is just a five minute walk away and the local beach front gem of a restaurant, The Beach, is just a ten minute walk down the beach towards Bracklesham Bay.

The property has space for up to three cars in the bay at the front of the house. Please respect the parking boundary. The house is a semi detached property and the space to the left of the brick line on the drive is for the neighbour.

Beira Mar is incredibly well equipped for a holiday rental. It is the perfect place for families and friends to get together at any time of the year for a seaside holiday.
