It's named after the tiny hamlet of Cotes, a historic settlement on the River Soar just outside town. Cotes is reached via Cotes Bridge, a long crossing over the meadows where the Soar and nearby waterways wind their way towards the Trent.
This means you’re perfectly placed if you like the idea of a modern base in Loughborough with easy escapes into green space.
For travel, the flat is very well connected. Loughborough University is just a short drive or bus ride away, with the main campus around two miles from the M1 at Junction 23 and clearly signposted from all main routes.
Head the other way, and you’re within reach of East Midlands Airport and the huge East Midlands Gateway logistics hub at Junction 24 of the M1, which brings together air, road and rail freight and employs thousands of people in the area.
