When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked.
In the event of a fire, guests should make their way to the communal area and make their way to the front door of the property.
In the event guests cannot make their way to the front door please keep the doors closed and call for help.

Please note the importance of closing doors at night to protect the escape routes.
Vacating the property:
We ask that you please vacate the property by 10am as the cleaner will arrive shortly after to ready the property for the next guests.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £20 per hour and will be deducted from your security deposit
Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as possible, including disposing of all perishables in the outside bin.
